What It Was (Explicit)

I started writing this song when I was going to school in the US, during a time of an intensified re-awakening of social injustice and what matters; this song reminds us that ‘re-awakening’ is as on going as the social injustices. My hope is that it reminds us to think and to consider and ultimately to be thoughtful and considerate.
